Nice restaurant with a nice chef and delicious food.

With one of the best restaurants. Quaint ambience with super friendly service. The boss came himself and explained the daily menu in detail and convinced with absolute specialist knowledge of the products used. Soup was just excellent. Could really taste every ingredient. HAMMMMMER ... the main course is also a poem Unfortunately too far away for us, otherwise it would be my new regular restaurant. Anyone in Bad Salzuflen MUST try it out. MFG Fam. Hohl and Snoppy

Overall top grade. For the ambience, for the friendliness of the staff, for the quality of the food, for the price-performance ratio. Top! Although we had not made a reservation, they tried to organize a place successfully. That alone is a big plus.

In our opinion, by far the best restaurant in Bad Salzuflen !! Great kitchen! You can see and taste the love and passion behind it! The menu is manageable, a sign of freshness for us. Just like the daily changing menu (the fish is great)! We have been there many times now and have never been disappointed! The landlord knows his trade. Just like his cooks and lovely staff!

the food was sensational from start to finish. The boss is easy going and takes individual requests into account. The service is attentive and friendly. Make a reservation, several people had to be sent away because there was no free space.

Rustic furnishings. Staff very friendly. Kudos to the chef, who despite the great heat, prepared a fantastically tasty and visually appealing dish. I can absolutely recommend it.

We made a short stop and ate really delicious ..... We were able to express our wishes by exchanging ideas with a very pleasant wait staff ......... Tip .... the schnitzel was freshly pounded and really perfectly fried. ... a cream sauce was also no problem ....... In terms of price, we were also on the go .... 3 people with 4 drinks and a little side salad + schnitzel + fries + other sauce we were just over 50 euros .. ... so not too much ..... we were satisfied .... ?

We ate here every time in a cozy and informal atmosphere. Fresh, young cuisine with a variety of fish dishes. There are also tasty vegetarian dishes, individual requests are flexibly dealt with. The wine recommendation fits. We would like to come again :-)

Very tasty, very friendly. From the starter to the dessert, everything was really good. The innkeeper understands his craft on all levels. The recipe for the carrot-ginger soup gave it directly to it;)

We spent a wonderful evening here. It was cozy outside under the chestnut tree. The service was extremely attentive and open-minded, explained the special offers of the day with passion, responded to allergy-related special requests and advised on variants. The menu was rather small, quality rather than quantity. The dishes tasted very good to us, were well prepared and nicely arranged. We recommend this restaurant (which also looked very cozy and tidy inside) with a clear conscience and will definitely be back!

Are you hungry for a good schnitzel? But don't want to go out of the house to the restaurant at this time? And it's after 5:30 p.m. No problem at all with Alexandra! I just called beforehand and said that I wanted a tasty schnitzel. Could just pick it up on time at 5:30 p.m. It was hot and freshly prepared as usual from the local restaurant. Simply recommended. Top picked up as always, a great figure. Keep it up.

Very rustic interior decoration. The guest room extends over two floors, the seats and tables are a bit narrow. The food was delicious, the staff courteous and fast.

Great selection of home cooking, fresh home baked bread, atmosphere of an old 17th century building and friendly staff. Can only recommend that you pay them a visit and let them take care of you.

Can defo recommend Alexandra. Amazing German food from the Lippe area, great service, rustic atmosphere, if you are looking for „German“ German food from the area, this is the place to be, plus the food is freshly made, e.g. fish depending on what was caught. Also, try the pommes grenade prosecco, it is a treat (if you are into aperitifs ;)). Will for sure eat here again, when back in the area!
